Senior IT Recruiting Manager

A quickly growing development center of Silicon Valley software company is looking for experienced IT Recruiter and HR Manager

You will be a part of the management team working directly with local and US based managers and clients. This is an excellent position for an energetic professional who want to bring his/her career to the next level, become a part of the global IT services industry and grow with the company.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of working experience in IT recruiting
  • Proven experience in sourcing, attracting and hiring top IT professionals.
  • Experience in working directly with US based, colleagues and clients
  • Fluent English


Desired skills:

  • Proven experience in establishing HR process
  • Experience in managing HR for 75+ people company


Job Duties:

  • Finalizing Job Descriptions with clients and managers
  • Publishing JD on popular job boards and reaching directly to prospective candidates on LinkedIn
  • Maintaining candidates/resumes DB
  • Pre-screening potential candidates and organizing farther interviews
  • Maintaining consistent communication and providing weekly reports to hiring managers and partners
  • Making "talent pool" and salaries market research in certain expertise and skills areas.
  • New employees and contractors onboarding process
  • Maintaining the integrity of employees and consultants contracts and acts by working directly with Russian and US based legal and finance professionals.
  • Managing organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
